MARION, Ind. (July, 15 2025) — Indiana Wesleyan University, on behalf of Wesley Seminary, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Aldersgate School of Ministry in Polson, Montana, establishing a formal academic and ministerial partnership.
The agreement underscores a shared commitment to strengthening theological education and leadership development for Christian professionals.
“This collaboration isn’t just about credit transfers — it’s about creating a Kingdom ecosystem where emerging leaders are supported from their first step in ministry through advanced theological formation,” said Yamil Acevedo, executive vice president of Wesley Seminary.
Through the agreement, students who complete the Aldersgate School of Ministry curriculum may receive up to 18 undergraduate-level credit hours toward a degree at Wesley Seminary.
