IWU Launches Leadership by Design
September 12, 2024 (Marion, IN) – Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) is excited to announce the launch of its new enterprise Leadership by Design. This innovative initiative is created with the intention of revolutionizing leadership development across organizations. By breaking away from conventional methodology, Leadership by Design offers a dynamic and intentional approach to engaging and equipping leaders at every level.
At the core of this new enterprise are three central goals: to assist leaders in developing a people strategy that guides talent decisions; to support the development of healthy and productive leaders for stronger talent retention; and to offer intentional, individualized, and relevant leadership development.
Rooted in the conviction that developing healthy leaders is key to retaining top talent, Leadership by Design offers customized workshops, professional coaching, and unique facilitations to address each specific organization’s needs. The initiative also offers a suite of workshops focused on addressing specific competencies needed at each leadership level.
