IWU Announces Integrative Health Coaching Graduate Certificate Program

October 10, 2024 (Marion, IN) – Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) is pleased to announce a brand-new Integrative Health Coaching Graduate Certificate. Launching January 2025, this program is designed for healthcare professionals seeking a new, innovative lifestyle medicine framework focused on disease prevention and wellness.

This certificate consists of four courses over approximately eight months and is designed to teach students how to exhibit expert coaching skills for effective communication and empathetic engagement while adhering to professional integrity and confidentiality. Students will also use behavioral change models and holistic health practices to facilitate comprehensive, person-centered health improvements. Graduates will be equipped to develop their own practice, pursue health coaching, or enhance their current practice through integrative health services from a lifestyle medicine framework.
