INDIANAPOLIS (July 14, 2025) – Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) is pleased to announce the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership program, launching this August. Designed to equip professionals with the essential skills to lead effectively in dynamic environments, this new certificate will provide a strong foundation in business, technology, and leadership.

This certificate consists of four courses over six months, allowing participants to get their certification quickly and efficiently. Graduates will cultivate integrity and trust, mastering ethical decision-making and accountability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.

Faculty members look forward to guiding students through projects that apply directly to their workplaces and expand their leadership capacity.

“This program will move learners from tactical thinking to a greater strategic perspective,” shared Andy Hughes, dean of the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership. “Graduates will be prepared to excel in high-level executive leadership roles with the knowledge and experience needed to lead well.”
