Indiana Wesleyan Tech Leader Dr. Clark Cully Moderates AI, Advanced Manufacturing Panel
August 27, 2024 (Indianapolis, IN) – As cross-sector business leaders explore how to navigate the transformation brought by Artificial Intelligence, Indiana Wesleyan University tech industry veteran Dr. Clark Cully is convening a conversation with an advanced manufacturing panel on Aug. 28 during the Indiana Chamber’s AI Leadership Summit as part of Rally, the largest global cross-sector innovation conference.
Dr. Cully, who is the Technology Division Chair of the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership, will convene a panel that includes speakers from Purdue University, Allegion, and Mursix.
“We will delve more deeply into how these institutions are using AI to revolutionize their respective industries and how manufacturing is on the leading edge of the transformation,” Dr. Cully said.
Panelists will discuss various topics including AI’s impact on the workforce; how it is disrupting legacy manufacturing processes; integration challenges; and the impact of AI on small and medium enterprises. Attendees also learned more about ethical considerations, data security and privacy, and AI opportunities.
The daylong AI Summit examines the transformative impact of AI in several key fields, including life science, agtech and biotech, logistics and transportation, economic development, and advanced manufacturing.
